Rounded Bell and Rope in a Small Shinto Shrine

小さな神社の鈴、ロープは鈴緒(すずお)というようです。

A large bell (called “suzu” in Japanese) with frayed rope (“suzuo”) at a small Shinto shrine. At Shinto srhines, large Suzu drape over entrances, and ringing them calls the gods. I added filters to the image for a painterly look.

Art prints are available on Fine Art America.

The non-painterly version of the image is also available for royalty-free licensing on Beverly Claire Stock Images. There are both landscape and portrait orientations.
