Cool Karuizawa Summer with Beautiful Waterfalls

A beautiful waterfall in Karuizawa, a popular summer resort in Japan. The waterfall is named “Sengataki” (lit. “A Thousand Waterfalls”, perhaps due to the fact that the water branches out into many tiny falls. At 20m, the waterfall is not large at all, but it was cool and lovely in the middle of the forest, surrounded by the brilliant greens of early summer, a joy to photograph!
